Elizabeth is my youngest daughter but oldest child with my wife Sally. Elizabeth was born while I was on the USNS OBSERVATION ISLAND TAGM-23. She was born in the Makati General Hospital in  Makati , Metro Manila Philippines. She loves to sing and this picture was taken by her mom at one of her performances in 2008. I had tried to crop the picture to exclude her cousin Symelda but my hand just is not steady enough and the paint program would not save the original work in JPEG and the GIF format distorted everything so I decided to go with this as it is.  Due to operations I did not know that Elizabeth was born until 2 weeks after she was born. She had been born premature by a couple of weeks according to my wife's doctor.
