This is the first family picture that we had with Elizabeth after she was born. We had it taken in Olongapo outside of Subic Bay the second time I was on board USNS WALTER S DIEHL. This is after the eruption of the Pinotubo volcano. A year later and my wife and daughter were safe and sound in Florida staying with my Mom until I came and set up our first home in Tampa.
