Foster Financial Network is a start up business contracted as an independent management office for Conseco Insurance Company. The company is a growing family oriented operation dedicated to personal customer service. I have been working with the company President as a non paid VP to market his company. The staff is growing but there is room for more agents.  Recently the office took on American Health Underwriters as a partner in providing affordable health insurance. There is only one other office representing Conseco in the state of Florida. Bankers Life is a component of Conseco that caters specifically to the senior market and does not serve the market that Foster Financial Network was contracted to serve. For more information on Foster Financial click on the banner above. In April of 2009 I was posted to the position Director of Training. This is because I tend to be a walking encyclopedia. I am not the greatest sales person in the world but I do have a good ability to absorb product knowledge. Having this knowledge is the key to promoting one carrier over the other in meeting a prospective customers needs and to sell that idea to an agent that would work with Foster Financial Network.  On May 5th Mr. Foster sent three of us up to Conseco's home base in Carmel, Indiana for a sales support training event. This event sponsored by Conseco led to a stay at a Four Star Hotel , catered lunches and a night out for dinner on our first full day. If I was single and still slender who knows, I was only one of three men in the group.
